We are happy to offer a 7-day return policy for unused and unworn items that still have the tags attached. One’s 7 days will passed date from delivery the item is not eligible for return and refund.

To process a return/exchange, please follow these simple steps:

Keep all items (INCLUDING the invoice) in a package and address it to the following:

    1. Please be sure that all items that are to be returned or exchanged, must be unworn and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Any items that were damaged during transit must also bear the tag for us to process the return. Items that are damaged or altered once the tags are removed, may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

    1. Email us at care@tanraj.in with images of the products with packaging and tags to schedule a return pick up.

Subsequent to this, your package will be picked up by our courier partner at no extra cost to you within 3-5 business days.

Once the item is picked up, exchange will be processed within 7 working days

You can exchange an item purchased on www.tanraj.in with the same item or another one, however, all exchanges are subject to stock availability.

To cancel an order, please send us an email at care@tanraj.in with your order number within 24 hours from the time order is placed.

Pls note: We are currently not accepting any return requests for international orders.

Refunds

If approved, refund will be credited into your registered bank account with 7-14 working days.
